Return Policy

If you need to return merchandise for exchange or refund, contact support@innerfence.com. Returned merchandise must be physically received by Inner Fence within 30 days of your original invoice date. There is no restocking fee, but you are responsible for return postage. Refunds, when applicable, will be made against the credit card originally used for payment.

Free Card Reader Promotion

When redeeming our free card reader promotion, please take care to order the correct model for your specific iPhone or iPod generation. We do not accept returns of free card readers unless you receive them damaged or otherwise defective. We have a lifetime limit of one promotional offer per person or business entity.
