How do I run a transaction on Mac?

1. The app will open in a window reading ‘Credit Card Terminal’ across the top and the name of your business in the bottom left corner.
2. Connect your card reader. If your card reader is properly connected, then the message ‘Card Reader Connected’ will read in the bottom right corner of the window.
3. Enter in a subtotal to the Subtotal field.
4. Swipe the card. (Alternatively, key in credit card information.) If swiping a card, the card type and the last four digits of the card number will show, otherwise you will see the whole card number.
5. Fill in any other fields you wish. Additional fields are available by clicking the ‘▼’on the right of the window.
6. Verify that the information for the transaction is correct.
7. Click the Charge button.
8. The app will show that the transaction is Authorizing, after which it will show Approved and the amount of the transaction. Either press OK for a new transaction, or Transactions to access your transaction history on your innerfence.com dashboard.
